Baby Kangaroo 5.8+
Description
Primarily a sport climbing crag with over 200 routes varying from 5.4 to 5.13. Routes are constantly being developed by some of the best climbers and route setters in the area. It's location on the banks of the Cumberland River gives the place a distinct atmosphere. You will find a few traditional routes, but gear is questionable. The brittle rock lends itself to cracking and flaking which creates unpredictable conditions for solid gear placements. The crag is currently owned by the Southeastern Climbers Coalition which insures it's protection as well as secures access for climbers.
